Carrie is the Founder of Marys and an experienced commercial professional with over 15 years in UK advertising sales. In her full-time role, she works closely with the country's largest ad agencies, specialising in sales strategy, engaging presentations, and large-scale negotiations. In addition to her corporate career, Carrie brings practical entrepreneurial experience to the group.

Three years ago, she Co-founded and launched a countryside estate agency, The Cherwell Agent, handling the initial branding and digital setup. Today, she balances her primary career in ad sales with a high-level advisory role for The Cherwell Agent, and she is passionate about sharing her presentation, sales skills and digital marketing experience, to support the Marys community.

Founder, Solura Skin Clinic & Skincare Brand

After a 20-year career as a nurse and senior NHS leader, Kate took a leap into entrepreneurship in 2021 to found Solura Skin Clinic. Specialising in regenerative and medical aesthetics, she is dedicated to skin health, patient safety, and helping women age confidently with natural results.

In 2025, Kate expanded her enterprise by launching her own complementary skincare brand. Having navigated the rewarding challenges of building a business from the ground up, Kate is a passionate advocate for female entrepreneurs. She deeply values the power of a strong support network and is dedicated to championing women at every stage of their personal and professional journeys.

Founder, The Business Strategy Co. & Small Business Consultant

Based in Oxfordshire, Georgey is the founder of The Business Strategy Co. and a dedicated consultant for small businesses in the service and lifestyle sectors. Having grown her own business to £1m in revenue and a 25% profit margin across two sites, she now helps "accidental entrepreneurs" achieve the same level of success.

Georgey partners with sole traders and scaling service businesses to build robust systems, free up their time, and deliver real growth and long-term resilience. She is passionate about providing the strategy and accountability needed to ensure women are running businesses that truly work for them, rather than the other way around.

Founder & Director, Day Nursery and Pre-School

Lesley is a successful entrepreneur and business leader who successfully transitioned from a thriving career in finance to early years education. Formerly leading the Sales Training Team for the Thames Valley financial sector, she now owns and operates a highly successful Day Nursery and Pre-School.

Lesley brings a wealth of expertise in business development, professional coaching, and operational excellence to the Mary's network. She is passionate about empowering her team with warmth and professionalism while providing exceptional, nurturing care for children and their families.
