We are thrilled to introduce Kate, a Founding Member of Marys, the founder of Solura Skin Clinic, and the creator of her own independent skincare brand. Kate brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise, entrepreneurial courage, and a deep dedication to empowering women to our network.
In 2021, Kate made the bold decision to leave a senior NHS leadership role and step into the world of entrepreneurship. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience as a nurse, including 15 years specialising in plastic surgery, she set out to create a clinic that did things differently. Her vision was a practice that placed skin health, patient safety, and natural results at the very heart of every treatment.
That vision became Solura Skin Clinic. Today, Kate specialises in regenerative and medical aesthetic treatments designed to help women age confidently and feel comfortable in their own skin. Her ethos is never about changing how someone looks, but rather helping them look refreshed, healthy, and like the absolute best version of themselves. Taking her entrepreneurial journey a step further, Kate successfully launched her own complementary skincare brand in 2025, allowing her to support her patients far beyond the treatment room.
Having experienced the challenging, exciting, and deeply fulfilling realities of building a business from the ground up, Kate understands the vital importance of a strong support system, making her an invaluable champion for the women of Marys.
