Before transitioning into the education sector, Lesley built a highly successful career in finance. As the leader of the Sales Training Team for the Thames Valley region, she honed her expertise in developing high-performing teams, delivering professional training programmes, and driving business growth through effective leadership and coaching.
Today, Lesley applies her extensive background in people development, customer relationships, and operational excellence to her nursery. She is deeply committed to creating a nurturing, high-quality environment where children and families thrive. Her unique combination of corporate leadership and dedication to child development enables her to lead her team with professionalism, warmth, and a clear vision for excellence in early years care.
