10% of all profits go to Mary's Collective Grant, an annual initiative that funds emerging female founders or women and girls from disadvantaged backgrounds.

 

Our members evaluate the start-up ideas, and the winner is awarded our 10% Profit Pledge as seed funding, alongside a year of mentorship matched from within our network.
